If you have not already signed up, here’s how to do it.

You will first need your confidential security code to do the initial registration. This code is available from your building staff.
Once you have your code,simply click here to log on with your temporary code.
You will then be asked to set your own secure username and password.

Setting up your smartphone for easy access

The myCOMMUNITY portal is available to you anytime, through any Internet enabled device such as a laptop, tablet or smartphone. If you are a heavy smartphone user, here are some simple instructions on how to create an icon for your phone’s home screen that will point you directly to myCOMMUNITY.

iPhone (iOS) Users

  • Open the Safari browser on your iPhone or iPad and go to the myCOMMUNITY resident portal for your building
  • At the bottom of the screen, select the middle icon (arrow pointing to the right inside a box)
  • Select “Add to Home Screen”
  • Edit the icon name if desired, and select “Add” in the top right corner of the screen
  • The icon should now be on your home screen

Android Users

  • Open the browser on your smartphone or tablet and go to the myCOMMUNITY resident portal for your building
  • Select “Settings” (three vertical dots in the top right of the screen)
  • Press the Start symbol, which will bring you to the bookmarks menu
  • Edit the bookmark name if desired and select a folder for saving
  • Go back to the Settings menu
  • Open the Bookmarks folder and locate the myCOMMUNITY bookmark and press and hold your finger on the bookmark
  • Select “Add to Home Screen”
  • The icon should now be on your home screen
